Who are we?
We are a small web design company based in North East Derbyshire. This enables us to give a personal touch to designing your site.
We work closely with you to ensure that we deliver exactly the site you want and nothing you dont!
Do you need a website?
Your website is quite often the first point of contact with your customers. In the same way as a high street shop, if its not inviting, they wont hang around! Similarily your home page is your company's reception area and should create a good impression.
How does it work?
You will not be charged a penny until your site goes live and meets your original specifications. The price includes 8 hours additional free support for last minute minor changes.
Any additional work not in the original specification can be done but will incur an additional charge.

Brochure \ startup sites
Small websites where the content isn't likely to change on a regular basis. These are ideally suited to small businesses or sole traders.
Content management systems
We design the framework of the site allowing you to add update your own content. If you'd prefer, we can update the site for you on a regular basis (at additional cost).
E-commerce
We can help sell your goods and services online and increase your profits. We use secure payment gateways to ensure your transactions run smoothly.
Forums
Interact with your audience with a forum, or allow them to find answers to frequently asked questions.
Events calendar
If you run a club or regular events, why not put them on a calendar?

Do you want to share your photographs with people?
Newsletters
Do you want to keep your customers up to date with your latest news? we can set up a regular newsletter to your subscribers which takes content directly from your site and send it them via email.

How does the process work ?
Once we receive your requirements and you are happy with the cost, we will provide a proof of concept website for you to access from anywhere.
We can discuss alterations or anything you're not happy with until we get your site how you want it. We wont charge you until you are happy with the site
I'm not sure what I want, can you help ?
We have a lot of experience of what can be achieved and what can be done for your site. Will always recommend items for your website which you may not have thought of, without any pressure to include them.
How can I update the content?
There are two ways of doing this which will depend on the frequency of changes required. For example:
- a news based site would better suit a content management system whereby with some training, you can add new articles without having to involve us.
- Alternatively, if the information on your site doesn't change too frequently and you would prefer us to update on your behalf, we can provide this for you at additional cost.
Do you offer web hosting ?
We use 'trusted' third party companies to host your website, with dedicated support and over 99.5% server uptime. For us to do this ourselves properly would involve a huge financial investment which would have to be passed on to our customers.
The cost \ length of time your site will be hosted is included in the price of your site, once this has run out you will be expected to pay for hosting costs / domain name renewal if you choose to stay with us.
Can you get us noticed ?
Getting to the top of google is a complex process, we will perform search engine optimisation (SEO) on your site to give it the best possible chance.
We can also provide you with a google analytics account (if required) for your site so you can see where your traffic is coming from and what can be improved to get you up the rankings table.
I already have a site, can you update it ?
Not a problem, we are happy to give existing sites a new lease of life to meet your current requirements.
Please note however that we do not support Microsoft based websites written in Asp.net, C#.net or VB.net, we can however develop you a new site

Our contact forms may ask for personal information such as your email address or telephone number to allow us to respond to your query or quotation request.
You can be assured that this information will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
If you would prefer to contact us directly via email, you can find our email address as an image on the home page. We don't provide our email address in plain text on the site as this can lead to our mailbox being automatically filled with spam, and consequently leaving no space for us to get back in touch with our genuine customers.
